EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMES FOR THE ORANG ASLI
• Education Incentive Assistance Scheme (JHEOA) : funds the primary school, secondary school and IPT students to ease the burden of the Orang Asli parents.

ACTION PLAN FOR THE INDIGENOUS GROUP
• The Ministry has made efforts to democratize the opportunity to provide quality education to bridge the education gap between the different cultural & socio-economic groups in the country.
• In line with the core challenges of PIPP (Teras 4) – bridging education gaps
• To ensure that no student will be left behind.

Special ‘outreach’ education
Visiting Action Committee in managing the education of Orang Asli children Daily needs: medicine, dental care, going house to house, registration of Orang AsliChildren, talks and encouraging savings among Orang Asli

reading program – providing reading materials (Sabah & Sarawak)
