Educational Leadership Assessment of Employer and Alumni Feedback Educational Leadership has sought feedback from employers and alumni in formal and informal settings. Informal settings have involves state meetings and conferences. More formal strategies included a focus group discussion of past candidates working as school leaders hosted on campus. Quantitative and Qualitative data is also sought through a web-based online survey.
