Anglophone East School District | Booth 10Located in New Brunswick, Anglophone East School District serves approximately 16,400 students in 38 schools, covering municipalities as far as Havelock to Sainte-Marie-de-Kent. We offer Therapeutic programming, located at the Therapeutic Education Support Site at Queen Elizabeth School. TESS is project-based, which helps engage and support student strengths. Schools work collaboratively in an integrated community of schools model, alongside District staff, who work closely with the principals of the schools in each community to meet the needs of students, parents, and staff.

We offer District events such as Chess Tournaments, Drama Festival, Story-Fest, Field Days and STEM Fair, all organized to enhance the opportunities already provided to our students by individual schools. Anglophone East School District also offers continued professional development training for all staff. Teachers receive opportunities for further study in the areas of curriculum implementation, classroom management, global competencies, personalized learning, personal wellness and leadership.

Anglophone West School District | Booth 16 Anglophone West School District serves approximately 23,000 students in 69 schools and covers municipalities from Edmundston to Cambridge-Narrows, NB. ASD-W employs over 1600 teachers and approximately 3000 staff (teaching and non-teaching). The Office of the Superintendent is located in Fredericton, NB, and there are three education centers: Woodstock, Fredericton, and Oromocto supporting schools in those regions. ASD-W’s Mission statement is “Excited. Involved. Prepared.”

We have several education program options to support students learning French including Pre-Intensive, Intensive, Post-Intensive French instruction for English Prime Grades 4-10, French language and culture learning experiences for English Prime Grades K-3, as well as Early Entry and Late French Immersion.

Central Québec School Board | Booth 4 Jimmy Sandy Memorial School is the Naskapi school of Kawawachikamach, QC. As the only Naskapi school in the world, we emphasize the preservation of the culture and the language while ensuring its continuation to the next generation.

As a remote northern school, we are able to offer employment incentives (heavily subsidized housing, northern allowance and travel allowance), while also being part of the Central Quebec School Board. So this unique arrangement means that staff can experience the adventure of the North while also having the opportunity for mobility through the priority of employment list.

Chignecto-Central Regional Centre for Education. | Booth 19 Chignecto Central Regional Centre for Education (CCRCE) is comprised of approximately 2,700 staff, all striving to provide a well-rounded education for almost 20,000 students in grades Primary to 12.

Our region is made up of 67 schools in central and northern Nova Scotia, stretching from the New Brunswick border to the Antigonish County line and from the Northumberland Strait to the Halifax Regional Municipality. Our Regional Executive Director of Education, four Directors, a System Supervisor and four Family of Schools supervisors make-up the CCRCE leadership team. The central administrative office is located at 60 Lorne Street in Truro, Nova Scotia, with Family of Schools offices located in Trenton, Springhill, Truro and Shubenacadie.

Christ the Redeemer Catholic Schools | Booth 18 Christ the Redeemer Catholic Schools is a publicly funded school division providing K-12 education in south central Alberta.

Conseil Scolaire Acadien Provincial | Booth 37 Le Conseil scolaire acadien provincial est le seul conseil scolaire francophone de la Nouvelle-Écosse. Il est responsable de l’enseignement en français langue première des programmes éducatifs du ministère de l’Éducation et du Développement de la petite enfance et enseigne également le programme d’anglais langue première suivi dans toutes les écoles de la province.

Le CSAP compte 21 écoles et accueille près de 6000 jeunes de la maternelle à la douzième année. Halifax Regional Centre for Education | Booth 9 The Halifax Regional Centre for Education (HRCE) is the largest school system in Atlantic Canada with approximately 10,000 full-time, part-time and casual employees. Serving over 50,000 students in 135 schools, our geographic region spans a 350 km radius.

HRCE has immediate term openings for teachers in a variety of areas including French Immersion. All positions are posted on our website and can be viewed at www.myhrce.ca/jobs. Kativik School Board | Booth 24The Kativik Ilisarniliriniq, the school board of Nunavik, was created in 1975, under the James Bay and Northern Quebec Agreement (JBNQA).Under the JBNQA, the Kativik Ilisarniliriniq is granted the power and jurisdiction to develop and deliver specific educational services and programs consistent with Inuit culture. The mission of the Kativik Ilisarniliriniq is therefore twofold. On the one hand, it acts as a regular regional school board for all Nunavik residents. On the other hand, it also acts as an exclusive Inuit institution with unique powers and jurisdictions that aim to protect, maintain, and develop the Inuit language, culture, and way of life.

Since 1978, the Kativik Ilisarniliriniq has been the exclusive provider of academic services to the population of Nunavik. The education programs developed by the school board are offered in all schools of the 14 Nunavik communities, in Inuktitut as first language and in French and English as second languages. The school board operates 17 primary and secondary schools as well as 5 adult education centres.

Kent International Education | Booth 38Nanjing Jinling School OUR CANADIAN PROGRAM

Our Canadian Program is a PEI affiliate school offering a full Canadian curriculum in grades 11 and 12 and EAL and English courses at the grade 10 level. We currently have 130 Chinese students in 7 classes; 3 grade 10 classes, 2 grade 11 classes and 2 grade 12 classes. We follow a 2 semester year, very similar to a Canadian high school.

Teachers deliver the program, in English, in a meaningful way so the students not only learn the content but they can truly understand and apply their knowledge in a variety of settings.
