1981 - 2002 Extension Nutritionist. Division of Nutritional Sciences, Cornell University, Ithaca, NYProvided accurate, up-to-date food and nutrition related information to Cornell Cooperative Extension educators, other nutrition and health professionals, consumers and the media through various means including electronic and web-based communication, newsletters, inservice programs, workshops, lectures, brochures, radio, television and news releases. Also developed and evaluated nutrition education materials.

9/89 - 12/89 Industry Faculty Fellow. National Live Stock and Meat Board, Chicago, ILResearched and prepared a report which included a review of various in-store nutrition education programs, a summary of how meat labeling is regulated, and a review of how anticipated changes in food labeling may affect meat labeling in the future.

1980-81 Extension Nutritionist. Department of Nutritional Sciences, University of Wisconsin, Madison, WI Responsibilities similar to position with same title at Cornell.

1979 Nutrition Education Teaching Assistant. Oregon State University, Corvallis, OR Developed, presented and evaluated a series of nutrition education workshops for home economics teachers throughout the state.
