I wish to teach 5th grade.

To prepare for the ELA portion of the TAKS, my students must be able to:

Identify various written conventions for using digital media (e.g., e-mail, website, video game).

To prepare for the math portion, my students must be able to:

-Explain and record observations using technology, words, pictures, numbers, and objects

For the science portion of the TEK’s, my students must be able to:

-Analyze information, making informed decisions

-Use tools such as nets and cameras to collect and record information

-Use computers and information technology tools to support scientific investigations.
