The Eleventh Design & Research Institute of IT. Co., Ltd. ( EDRI) is a comprehensive design institute and holds Class A business license for design, consultation, supervision, general contract, and construction management. It is also a public stock-holding enterprise under CEC. It possesses a series of state-level qualifications, and has consecutively undertaken about 2000 projects of design, consultation, supervision, general contract and construction management.
