1. HOW TO ENTER GRADES FOR SECONDARY [VI-VIII]?

Steps:Login the application with your credentials

Go to Class Manager:-

� Class Manager �General Search�Grade Book

� Select the grade level, section, marking period, and click on Search.

� List of all subjects for particular grade level will appear, click on subject name and go

to Grades button on the top left corner.

� A new window will appear with list of all student names along with activity names.

� Enter the marks for students and click on ‘Save and post to academic grade’ button

in the same window.

� Repeat this procedure for all other subjects also.

2. HOW TO ENTER REMARKSFOR SECONDARY [VI-VIII]?

Steps:Login the application with your credentials

Go to Class Manager:-

� Class Manager �General Search�Grade Book

� Select the grade level, section, marking period, and click on Search.

� List of all subjects for particular grade level will appear, click on subject name and go

to remarks button.

� Enter remarks for each student and click on save button.
