The fine Micro wires combine the highest tensile strength with the tightest tolerances, even at diameters smaller than a human hair.

Available in sizes from 0.03mm through to 0.10mm.

Also available, stainless steel and copper wires for special applications.

COATED

The high-quality coated wires are stocked from Bedra which set new standards in cutting performance, precision and process stability. The coatedwires attain an excellent surface quality of the workpiece with maximum profitability, making these products the clever alternative to brass wire in orderto further improve productivity in mould and tool making.

A comprehensive range of coated/gamma wires are always in stock including Topas, Cobracut, Broncocut, and Megacut. These wires are compatible with all European, Japanese and the latest Taiwanese machines.

BRASS

Reliable brass wires for all standard applications, supplied from key European (Bedra, Dahmen) and Japanese (OKI) suppliers. Wire is supplied insizes 0.05mm through to 0.3mm on a range of spool sizes from 4kg to 45kg.

Like the coated products, the brass EDM wires are subject to strict production standards and therefore guarantee reliable cutting performances.
