October Newsletter Dear Parents, Wow! September flew by and here we are in October. Your students continue to work hard in the classroom and many of them are earning the Heart of an Eagle stickers. On Wednesday, October 31 st the school will have our 10 th annual Halloween parade. Please feel free to stay and take pictures as your child walks by and then join us in the classroom for a Halloween party including breakfast and fun activities. There will be a sign up for the party as the day approaches. We will also begin learning about pollination.

Parent/Teacher conferences will be the week of October 15th-19th. Please sign up using signup genius. You will be emailed the link on Tuesday, October 2nd if you have siblings at MATES and Friday, October 5th if you do not have siblings at MATES. I look forward to meeting with each of you to discuss your student and their progress.

Picture day is on Thursday, October 4th. Students may wear free dress this day. If you would like to order pictures and you haven’t returned the order form, please do so by Thursday.
