News Round
We had a couple of guest
speakers come into the ser-
vice this month.
First up we had an informa-
tion session on Hepatitis C
which was very informative
and showed how much the
treatment has
improved
over the
years.
Next up we had SAMH who
came in to talk about em-
ployment opportunities and
their Individual Placement
Support and how it was
linked to the Fair Start

is a great
chance for in-
dividuals to get
supported into
employment and achieve
their future goals.

ganised for our Christmas

Interview with Andy on Music and performing
1. What instruments do you play?
Acoustic guitar, Drums, and Tonsils (singing)
2. What got you into music?
I thought it would be a good way to meet new people and in particular a woman.
3. What kind of music do you prefer?
Rock’n’roll, particularly Elvis, Indie Music, Oasis and Stone roses.
4. What's your favourite song to sing, and or to play?
I enjoy singing ‘Cant help Falling in Love’, and playing ‘Whatever’ by Oasis.
5. Have you ever wrote your own music?
Yes, a few, including a Christmas one called ‘Christmas Morn’.
6. Have you ever gigged?
Several times, including St Frances's church, The Lee Park Hotel, and The Colonial Bar.
7. Do you play in a band?
Yes, a three piece called ‘The Wave’, we rehearse weekly in the Bunker at Bonnybridge.
8. Do you prefer playing in a band to solo?
I prefer solo as i can play just what i want, but do enjoy the band for the banter, social aspect and friendship.
9. Would you ever consider X Factor or the Voice?
I don't feel I'm good enough for that yet, but it would be good to meet Ayda Wiliams. Id maybe give Robbie a run for his money.
