• Tells us that the film is sci fi as it would be unrealistic for this situation to happen in real life

• This shows the audience that way that she is fighting back against them.
Eye Line Match
• These two shots are linked to show the audience what she is looking at (the top of the stairs)
POV
• This shot shows us from her point of view that she wants to get to the phone booth
Match on Action
• The match on action shot links her facial expression and the truck crash. This demonstrates her resignation and defeatist attitude
Fast Zoom
• Zooms into the telephone to link it to the computer, to show that it is essential to the plot
