- Restart not necessary; start service manually- Citrix System Monitoring Agent (start)- Process = fbserver.exe (Firebird Server)- Make note of SYS_EVENT_TXT in c:\programdata… - look for entries starting with --- to see

when service started – look for worker 101 to indicate completed communication (pass or fail)

- FSB file – grows to 512MB

Check Sophos to see if it has settings to accommodate for Firebird

Resolution

1. On the EdgeSight server running IIS, start IIS Manager, and navigate to Web Sites > Default Web Site > edgesight40.

2. Right-click rsproxy, select Properties, and click the HTTP Headers tab.

3. Remove anything that appears in the Custom HTTP headers window. It should be blank.

4. Once this is done, open a command window and issue the IISRESET command. Exports should work now.
