Instructions on handling and reimbursement of Lounasseteli™ vouchers and Virikeseteli®

vouchers

PLEASE REMEMBER:• Do not tape, staple or roll up the vouchers• Pack the vouhcers carefully in to a package capable of withstanding mechanical mail processing• We recommend to use the Edenred Voucher settlement Pick-Up Service • Edenred will not redeem packages sent without postage• Allways use the newest settlement form

Lounasseteli™ voucher can be used as payment for meals only. It is not exchangeable for cash and no change is given.

Virikeseteli® can be used as method of payment for sports activities or cultural services that are exempt from tax according to the Finnish Tax Administration. The voucher is not exchangeable for cash and no change is given.

Voucher handling

Note that Vouchers are valid for a set period (1). After this date the expired vouchers cannot be accepted, credited or reported.

Please check that the voucher is whole, unused and authentic. An Authentic voucher has:

• running numbering (2)• two dimensional barcode that contains the identifications information for the voucher (3)• and several safety markings. Check out more closely the safety markings here.

Since Edenred processes the vouchers using a barcode reader, please do not damage vouchers by cutting, tearing, punching, taping, stapling or folding them. Do not mark anything in to dimensional barcode at the bottom (4) or in to QR-code (3).

On receiving the voucher from a customer, mark it as used in customer´s presence by stamping or marking an X on the year printed in the upper right corner (5).

An incomplete or improperly submitted clearing consignment causes extra processing. In which case settlement of the consignment may also be delayed and may result in a processing fee.

Edenred will send the payment according to the Lounasseteli™ price list fee or Virikeseteli® price list fee plus VAT five (5) working days after receiving your package to Edenred, assuming that the vouchers have been handled according to the instructions.

Any complaints should be submitted by phone within twenty-one (21) days from sending the settlement.

Voucher reimbursement

Settlements should be sent via Edenred Pick-up service, by mail as an insured letter or as a cash-in-transit transport.

Take these topics in to consideration:

• Count and separate the vouchers carefully. Count the number of vouchers and their total sum in euros (6)

• Use one settlement form / package (7)• Enter the number of vouchers and the total sum in the settlement form, without deducting the

commission. Complete the settlement form carefully. Please do not fold the settlement form and only enter the necessary information. Sign and date the form.

• Do not insert receipts or calculations in the bundle.• Report voucher regularly. Avoid the turn of the month when reimbursments pile up.• Retain the copy

Reimburse voucher by mail

Place the settlement form on top of the bundle of voucher.

Send your reimbursement to:Edenred/Prepaid-asiakaspalvelu, Box 49, 00511 Helsinki

Reimburse voucher with Pick-up service

Place the settlement form in to the referred plastic pocket (8) and pack the vouchers carefully in to Pick-up envelope (9), you are able to fit about 1 200 vouchers into one envelope. Note! Put only one settlement form per envelope*.

Order a pick-up via separate order form and fill in all the required information (10). After placing the order you will receive a comnfimation message in to your e-mail.

Make sure that you are available for handing over the settlement at the time of pick-up. Also make sure that you get a receipt from the driver when dispatching the pouch. The receipt should be signed by the driver and you. You can follow your pouch through our Service provider web page with received code .

NEED PACKING MATERIAL? When placing the order via order form kindly inform that you need more Pick-up envelopes, the driver will deliver the envelopes during the next pick-up. Plastic settlement pouches are delivered separately with settlement forms.

Please notice! Using Pick-up service requires the use of Edenred’s Pick-up envelopes and following given instructions. The Pick-up driver is not required to accept the delivery, if it is not packed accor-dingly.
