Eden Hotel Collection does not operate as a big company, indeed it isn’t.

The strength of our hotels is in their individual nature and the care and attention which comes from a personal ownership and a group of highly capable, dedicated professionals who care about their product, service and the guest experience.

Sir Peter Rigby

Unique in character | Individual in style

“ The strength of our hotels is in their individual nature, the care and attention that comes from a personal ownership and our dedicated teams who care deeply about their guests and their hotels.”

Welcome to the award-winning Eden Hotel Collection.

There is something very special indeed about our small portfolio of carefully chosen hotels. Each one has been selected for the unique qualities it offers; the beautiful architecture, outstanding food, peaceful surroundings and the sense of total escape and relaxation we offer each and every guest who step into our hotels.

Whilst each property in the collection has its own unique character and personality, all uphold the impeccable standards of service, quality and attention to detail for which the Eden Hotel Collection is renowned.

Our guests return time and time again to stay with us and experience their own unique version of what Eden has to offer.

A CULINARY JOURNEY FROM FORK TO FORKA CULINARY JOURNEY FROM FORK TO FORKFood is at the centre of everything we do and we are well known for our delicious cuisine.

Our award-winning chefs like to keep things new and exciting, using the finest ingredients in their kitchens. They constantly move with the times, embracing the latest ideas and techniques, innovating all the time. We keep true to our philosophy of ‘fork to fork’, using our well stocked kitchen gardens, orchards and bee hives to provide the freshest ingredients throughout the seasons.

“ You won’t find strawberries in winter here; our chefs follow the seasons with their ingredients and their hearts with their cooking. Each dish is a result of their incredible passion and enthusiasm for food.”

RELAX & UNWINDOur spas are a heavenly blend of decadent products, tranquil treatment rooms and soothing hydrotherapy pools.

There’s more than salad leaves on our menus and a glass of Champagne is positively encouraged! We’ve got it all, from state of the art fitness suites to Champagne nail bars, retail boutiques to al fresco hot tubs. Our spas are an oasis of relaxation and luxury; places to sooth the soul, indulge the senses and revitalise the body.

We help you make memories that last a lifetime. Fill our hotels with your style, personality and dreams of a perfect day and we’ll take care of the details.

Vintage inspired, elegant and traditional, country chic or cool and contemporary; our hotels wear it all well.

Need a little help? Our wedding planners and their teams know how to plan the perfect celebration down to the last canapé and cupcake. You won’t want to change a thing except to live it all again.
