This benefit will only make payments for the Job Loss of the primary BenefitAid member for health insurance premiums billed in their name. Under no circumstances will any funds be payable directly to the BenefitAid primary member or pay any amounts if they do not have health insurance coverage billed in their name.

This Benefit DOES NOT waive any requirement to make health insurance payments when due.
