Materiale:La costruzione di un tirante è costituita da un filato multifilamento che porta il carico e da un rivestimento di protezione. In funzione dell’applicazione i tiranti ULTRALIFT sono disponibili in tre diverse versioni. Il filato multifilamento è sempre fatto con il 100% di filati Dyneema® ed i rivestimenti di protezione sono disponibili in tre versioni. La prima versione ha il rivestimento di protezione in Techlon (speciale tessuto in poliestere UNITEX), che ha una resistenza contro l’abrasione di gran lunga superiore a quella del poliestere normale (ulpe).Il secondo è un rivestimento di protezione UTRAPROTECT per un servizio leggero (ulld) e l’ultimo è un ULTRAPROTECT per servizio pesante (ulhd). Tutti i rivestimenti di protezione ULTRAPROTECT sono realizzati con fibre Dyneema®. (vedi ULTRAPROTECT).

Material:The construction of a sling is divided into the load bearing core and a protection sleeve. dependent on the application ULTRALIFT slings are available in three different constructions. The core is always made with 100% Dyneema® yarns and the protection sleeves are available in three versions. The first version is a Techlon (special woven polyester by uniTex) protection sleeve which has a far better resistance against abrasion than normal polyester (ulpe). The second protection sleeve is an ULTRAPROTECT light duty (ulld) and the last is an ULTRAPROTECT heavy duty protection sleeve (ulhd). All ULTRAPROTECT protection sleeves are made with Dyneema® fibres. (see ULTRAPROTECT).

Piatre posa tubi:Prodotto per il sollevamento che unisce le classiche fasce poliestere realizzate in accordo alla EN 1492-1 e piastre di sollevamento progettate secondo EN 13155. Le piastre posa tubi sono progettate per poter posare chilometri e chilometri di “pipeline” in qualsiasi condizione atmosferica e su qualsiasi terreno. Le piastre, realizzate in acciaio, sono corredate di perni filettati dotati di dado e copiglia che permettono di aprire la piastra e inserire l’asola della fascia piatta in modo semplice e veloce. Le piastre sono disponibili in diverse taglie 10, 20, 30 e 40 t ma esiste anche la possibilità di personalizzarle al fine di venire incontro all’uso richiesto dall’utente finale.

Pipeline Laying PlatesTools designed and used for lifting by combining the classic polyester sling made according to EN 1492-1 with two lifting plates made in according to EN 13155. Pipeline Laying Plate have got the main purpose of laying miles and miles of pipeline under any weather and soil conditions. Those plates are made of steel and equipped by headed bolts with nuts and cotter pin that allow to open the plate and place the sling on it very easily and quickly and also to verify the plates. Gli apparecchi sono leggeri e facili da usare. Questi apparecchi sono costruiti in lega di alluminio ad alta resistenza e con elevato coefficiente di sicurezza. Sono inossidabili ed insensibili agli urti ed ai colpi.La loro struttura non richiede praticamente alcuna manutenzione. L’apparecchio di sollevamento Sirtef offre una gran sicurezza di lavoro: il perno di fissaggio posto nella leva per il movimento della fune si rompe ad un sovraccarico del 25%.A questo si aggiunge che l’asta di movimento è costruita in maniera che la parte inferiore si andrà a deformare ad un sovraccarico di circa il 50%.Il perno di fissaggio può essere sostituito con l’apparecchio funzionante senza che sia necessa-rio sfilare il cavo di trazione. Nella maniglia dell’asta di movimento si trovano dei perni di fissag-gio. Gli apparecchi Sirtef sono facili e rapidi da pulire grazie ad una apertura posta nella parte superiore dell’apparecchio, è sufficiente gettare dell’acqua a pressione e subito l’apparecchio è pulito e pronto nuovamente all’uso.Ogni apparecchio è completato da un cavo metallico Sirtef originale con anima in acciaio e un trefolo di colore arancio. Il funzionamento perfetto degli apparecchi è garantito solo usando la fune originale. La versione originale standard comprende: l’apparecchio di trazione e solleva-mento con la leva ed una fune della lunghezza di 20 metri arrotolata su aspo. Ad una estremità della fune è fissato un gancio di sicurezza montato solidamente, l’altra estremità è rastremata.

The equipment are light weight and easy to use. These devices are manufactured in high resi-stance aluminum alloy with a high safety coefficient.They are stainless and insensitive to impacts and hits. Their structure requires almost no main-tenance. Sirtef lifting equipment offers excellent work safety: the locking pin located in the lever of the rope movement breaks with a 25% overload. In addition, the moving arm is built in such a manner that the lower portion will get deformed with approximately 50% overload. The locking pin can be replaced with the equipment in operation without need to remove the traction rope.In the moving arm’s handle there are some locking pins.Sirtef equipment are easy and quick to clean thanks to an opening located in their upper portion; it is sufficient to wash them with pressurized water and they are clean and ready to use. All the devices come with an original Sirtef steel wire rope with steel core and orange colored rope strandCorrect operation of equipment is guaranteed only when using the original rope.The original standard version includes: traction and lifting equipment with lever and a 20 mt. long rope rolled up on a spool. At the end of the rope there is a firmly assembled safety hook while the other end is tapered.

SIRTEF è in grado di proporre alla propria clientela una vasta gamma di bilancini e attrezzature speciali di sollevamento con portate superiori ai 400.000 kg e con lunghezze sino a 35 metri. Bilancini a disegno, sia fissi che mobili, bilancini modulari, ganci per coils o pinze speciali, attrezzature dimensionate nel rispetto delle più aggiornate normative di riferimento.Bilancini e attrezzature speciali possono essere fornite con relazione di calcolo in accordo alle seguenti normative:• EN 13155• ASME B 30.20Relazione di calcolo e disegno di fabbricazione, possono essere sottoposti ad approvazione da parte di enti di qualifica quali ABS – BV - R.I.NA – DNV – Lloyd’s Register ecc.Ai normali controlli effettuati da SIRTEF, al fine di garantire una elevata qualità del prodotto, è possibile aggiungere controlli NDT, quali :• Controllo magnetoscopico (MT)• Liquidi Penetranti (PT)SIRTEF fornisce anche un servizio di collaudo delle attrezzature di sollevamento tramite prova di carico (conformemente ai requisiti definiti in ordine), utilizzando pesi ed autogru equipaggiate con cella di carico.

Inoltre progettiamo e realizziamo staffe per lamiera e ganci per coils. Le nostre attrezzature sono conformi alla attuale direttiva macchine e sono sempre corredati di dichiarazione di conformità.

Thanks to a 30-year-old experience in the lifting field, SIRTEF can propose a wide range of beams to all its Customers, both fixed and mobile type. All the beams are very carefully studied, drawn and manufactured to meet any customer’s specifical needs, that means beams made on projects. SIRTEF can also supply coil hooks as well as fork hooks for steel plate. All SIRTEF products are made in accordance to the current Machinery Directive and always supplied with the related certificate of conformity.

In no case can we be liable for loss or irregular delivery on the part of the railways, forwarding and shipping companies, transporters, couriers, etc. and this means absolutely and explicitly that the goods, even if they are sold by special agreement as free at port, or delivered to the purchasers premises, travel at the risk and peril of the purchaser.

CONSEGNE - I termini di consegna indicati ed accettati si intendono valevoli solamente in condizioni normali di lavoro. Le guerre, gli scioperi, le epidemie, l’interruzione dei trasporti, la penuria di materiale, gli incidenti ed ogni altro fatto che provochi la sospensione to-tale o parziale del lavoro sono cause di forza maggiore che ci autorizzano ad annullare o sospendere gli ordini e i contratti. Per la merce offerta o venduta prima dello sdoganamento i termini di consegna non saranno in alcun caso impegnativi per noi, ed eventuali ritardi per cause indipendenti da noi o dalle nostre fornitrici estere non potranno costituire motivo di annullamento dell’ordine né di ritardo nel pagamento o di reclamo per danni da parte dell’acquirente. RECLAMI E CONTESTAZIONI - Gli eventuali reclami riguardanti le forniture di merci dovranno pervenirci entro otto giorni dal ricevimento delle merci stesse, trascorso il qual termine essi non saranno più accettati. Per poter essere preso in considerazione, ogni reclamo dovrà essere basato su dati di fatto concreti e precisati. Nessun reclamo per vizi, difetti, natura e qualità della merce, ritardi nelle con-segne (se da noi espressamente accettato, un termine impegnativo di consegna), potrà essere fatto valere, neppure in via giudiziaria se non avrà avuto luogo il regolare pagamento della partita alla quale il reclamo si riferisce. Nel caso di restituzione di merci oggetto di reclamo queste dovranno esserci spedite in porto franco a rischio del mittente: in difetto di ciò possiamo rifiutarci al ritiro. Resta inteso che le eventuali contestazioni riguardanti una singola spedizione di merce no avranno effetto alcuno sul resto dell’ordine o dell’impegno, né sul pagamento di altra merce già ricevuta e non protestata tempestivamente. SIRTEF Imbragature in materiale tessile ed accessori per il sollevamento - Polyester pendants and lifting equipmentsdi vendita, od alla sostituzione pura e semplice a nostra scelta, di quella parte di merce che, a giudizio esclusivo dei nostri tecnici, sarà riconosciuta difettosa di materiale o di costruzione: in nessun modo e per nessun motivo saremo tenuti a corrispondere qualsiasi indennizzo per eventuali danni diretti ed indiretti.CLAIMS AND DISPUTES - Any claims regarding the supply of goods must reach us within eight days from receipt of those goods, otherwise they will no longer be accepted. To be able to be taken into consideration, every claim must be based on concrete and precise factual data. No claim for faults, defects, the nature and quality of the goods, late delivery (if expressly accepted by us as one of the terms of delivery), can be considered, not even in law proceedings, if normal payment for the consignment to which the claim refers has not been made. In the case of return of goods that are the subject of a claim, these must be despatched to us free at port at the risk of the sender, in contravention of which we can refuse to collect them. The fact remains that any dispute regarding a single consignment of goods has no effect whatsoever on the rest of the order or job, nor on the payment for other goods already received and not promptly contested. COMPETENZE - Per tutto quanto si riferisce alla vendite, e quindi per ogni azione o contestazione ad esse relativa o da esse dipendente, sono esclusivamente competenti le autorità giudiziarie di Milano (Italia), rinunciando le parti ad ogni diritto od eccezione contraria alla piena osservanza di questa clausola. Quindi le parti eleggono d’accordo domicilio presso la nostra sede.JURISDICTION - For anything related to the sale, and therefore for any action or dispute related to or dependent upon it, the law autho-rities of Milan (Italy) shall have sole jurisdiction, thereby renouncing any contrary right or exception for the parties to full observance of this clause. Therefore, the parties elect to agree the domicile as being in our headquarters.
