CREATE A MOTIVATED TTPS
Effective and Efficient Law Enforcement is virtually impossible with a Demotivated & Demoralised TTPS.
1. Immediately revise TTPS compensation package
2. Immediately commence a needs assessment on TTPS working conditions and resources
HOW DO WE ACHIEVE THIS ?
In an emergency room the first objective is to stabilise the patient. Without stability no specific ailment can be treated.
T&T is in an emergency room and needs to be stabilised to begin fixing critical entrenched issues that affect our growth and productivity such as: Illegality, Illiteracy, Corruption, etc, etc.
