ECLISSE SYNTESIS® COLLECTION includes sliding pocket solutions without frames, solutions for hinged doors flush with the wall, and an innovative profile baseboard, offering a complete and modular system for smooth walls.

A new planning idea, sum of different high technologies integrated in the wall, providing techniques and products for the achievement of functional and stunning surfaces.

The pocket system includes elements and technical details that can be pre-rendered or plasterable, allowing the door and the wall to have the same finishing and guaranteeing a perfect camouflage effect.

ECLISSE SYNTESIS® LINE is the sliding pocket door system without jambs and architraves. Thanks to the total integration in the wall and the absence of frames along its perimeter, this system reaches a perfect synthesis between technology and design for a stunning aesthetic result.

7. Extractable track system (Patented).It is always possible to substitute worn mechanisms and to add accessories.

8. Protruding close plaster mesh(50x25 mm).It joins the counterframe with the wall becoming an integral part of it, thus offering an increasing grasp of the plaster. The finished wall won’t have faults.

9. Stop jamb.Embossed PVC-coated and paintable.

10. Horizontal reinforced bars.12 for the stud wall version (14 for solid wall version) made in 7/10 galvanized steel, with a dovetail form which grant an increased strength to lateral pressures (in order to have an un-deformable internal passage).

11. Alignment bar.As it crosses the pocket door in all its width, it permits to solidly link the frame with the posts, thus making the assembly easier.

2. Horizontal gaskets.These gaskets hide the space between the track and the header. They also allow a better tolerance for installation.

3. Integrated structure.Vertical bars, header and stop bar are pre-coated in the solid wall version and to be filled in the stud wall version; this makes them paintable with the same colour of the wall in which the pocket door will be used.

1. Rear bracket and self-centering door guide system (Italian patent pending). Inserting the door panel is much easier thanks to the combination of the rear bracket (picture A) and the self centering door guide, that does not require to be screwed on the floor (picture B).

12. Frontal stop. It permits the frontal adjustment and offers a better closing.

13. Adjustable rear door stop. It lets you change the door passage size without removing the door panel.

14. Certified runners with ball bearings. They guarantee long lasting, smooth and silent action. Standard door’s weight is 100 Kg.

15. Transparent thermoplastic gasket. Completely transparent, it improves the aesthetics of the verticals bars but also the functionality because the door panel leans gently thanks to the resulting air cushion.

16. Template for lock.It offers the possibility to easily install the lock.

1. Long lasting and paintable. The aluminium frame is firstly subjected to and anodization treatment against oxidation and then it is primer-coated to facilitate paint cohesion.

Invisible from the outside, the door-closer is available in four variants: with stopping, without stopping, right, left. The application of door-closer requires a special processing on the frame and the door panel that has to be specified when ordering.

• Long lasting and paintable frame The whole frame and locks/hinge mounting brackets

are made of anodized anti-corrosion aluminum, coated with primer and ready for painting in the same colour of the wall. A continuous uniform surface means a consistent surface finish, both inside and outside.

• Designed for the installer The reduced size of the frame is designed in order to

push through comfortably with wiring and piping on all 4 sides.

SYNTESIS® TECH is sturdy and easy to assemble.

The ECLISSE SYNTESIS® BASEBOARD (skirting) is an innovative idea for decorating house spaces in an elegant, minimal and modern way. Unlike the traditional baseboard, this “flush with wall” version runs along the wall without protruding. In this way the furniture can be placed directly on the wall, without remodelling the baseboard.

This solution is possible by predisposinga hollow for the baseboard and placing the special aluminum profiles while creating the wall structure, before laying the floor.The harmonious combination of ECLISSE SYNTESIS®

BASEBOARD is realized by matching it with the other SYNTESIS®

COLLECTION models.

JOINTS FOR CONNECTING THE PROFILES

• The profiles fit with the insertion of standard baseboards (height 60 mm); for higher baseboards it’s sufficient to place the profiles over the zero quote.

• The aluminium profiles have a triple chamber structure that assures robustness and allows a perfect union between the two profiles through the special joints.

• To fix the profiles to a solid wall, a structural sealing adhesive is needed; stud wall version: the profiles, especially perforated, are fixed with

screws.

The baseboard is provided in bars of 2000 mm length.

The decorations for glass doors are completely hand made, therefore each door is unique.With the hand-crafted glass doors you will have an exclusive piece which is different from every other one.

ECLISSE offers new lines in all-glass doors: RV, Aree, Flores, Opere and Colors.The new lines of glass doors like Aree and Flores are made with 10 mm thick toughened glass with a transparent or satin base.The base can be decorated on one side by using an engraving process (sandblasting) and/or glass fused applications. Sandblasted patterns are available also on transparent, antique colour base (this option is not available for decorative applications with fused glass).Opere are hand-painted doors on a transparent or satin-finish base inspired by famous works of art.On the other hand, Colors doors are available in two versions: either on a base made up of two 5 mm laminated toughened glass sheets with inner mono-coating paint or on a 10 mm toughened glass sheet painted with satin finish on one side. Both versions are available in a wide range of colours.

The glass sliding doors are equipped with a special transparent door guide and brackets for fastening them to the ECLISSE sliding system. The doors may be completed with special handles or with a specific lock kit in satin chrome brass. All glasses are in compliance with current regulations regarding their usage in private and public building (UNI 7142 and UNI 7697 standards).

ECLISSE BIAS®, Built In Anti Slam is the damper for sliding pocket doors, fully integrated inside the track. Invisible from the outside, It’s equipped with an oil piston that slows and softly accompanies the door in the closing phase. ECLISSE BIAS® is suitable for glass or wooden doors and for every ECLISSE sliding door system.

• It can be installed on door panels up to 100 kg weight, offering a good slowing power.
