1. Design Engineer (DE) 模拟 IC 设计工程师

Design analog and mixed-signal ICs for Power Management Products utilizing leading edge sub-micron

BiCMOS technologies. Develop state of the art products that include the following circuit types: op amps,

comparators, interface circuits, voltage references, ADCs, DACs, delay elements, DC-DC converters, and

power supply control algorithms. Products to be designed include charge pumps, switching regulators, linear

regulators, display drivers, and power management ICs for fast-growing portable and non-portable markets

such as broadband modems, PDAs, notebooks, cell phones, telecom, fiber optics, digital camera, and

network equipment. Work on product definition, circuit synthesis from the transistor/resistor level up to the

system level, simulation, layout supervision.

基于前沿的亚微米 BiCMOS 技术为电源管理设计模拟及混合信号集成电路。开发技术产品特性，包括以下电路

2. Digital IC Design Engineer (Digital DE) 数字 IC 设计工程师

Digital Design Engineer works in the development and design of digital and mixed-signal ICs utilizing leading

edge technologies with industry standard ASIC tools. Products to be designed/verified include, power

management, and mixed signal functions.

Contributes to the design, development of digital / mixed-signal IC’s, including coding, synthesis, formal

Digital verification Engineer works in verification of digital and mixed-signal ICs utilizing leading edge

technologies with industry standard ASIC tools. Products to be designed/verified include, power

management, and mixed signal functions.

4. Digital Layout/Physical IC Design Engineer (Physical Designer) 数字 IC 版图设计工程师

The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of physical design and implementation. In this role, you will

participate in the efforts of establishing physical design methodologies and flow automation.

Physical Design Engineer will be part of design development team. The candidate will work on the digital design

implementation, and verification of mixed-signal ICs utilizing standard ASIC tools. Products to be

designed/verified include, power management, and mixed signal functions.

MPS products include: switching regulators, sensors, motor control, display drivers, audio amplifiers and power

management ICs for fast-growing portable and non-portable markets such as broadband modems, notebooks,

cell phones, telecom, fiber optics, digital camera, automobile and network equipment.

5. Failure Analysis Engineer (FA) 失效分析工程师

The Failure Analysis Engineer determines the root cause of IC failure by using analog semiconductor IC related

knowledge and technology and combining with professional FA techniques. Once the failure root cause has

been identified, the Failure Analysis Engineer works with the related R&D team to solve the issue to improve

IC quality and mass production smoothly.

Yield enhancement engineer will deal with whole semiconductor industry to improve product yield

You will act as project leader to co-work with other departments for project management and yield

17. Web Specialist 网站专员

The Web specialist will be responsible to manage, optimize, and improve MPS China website content

according to business requirements from various stakeholders. This role will contribute to strategic digital web

related new projects (e.g. SEO/SEM, Ecommerce) to optimize web operating model, increase the quantity

and quality of traffic to China website. Besides, you will be required to develop a detailed understanding of

MPS business in the field of digital tools, online campaigns and after events report analysis to improve web

practice and strategy. 网站专员主要负责网站内容管理、更新及其优化提高，利用搜索引擎、线上商城等推广

渠道增加高质量流量，并能运用线上工具、线上活动、分析活动报告等优化网站。

Responsibilities 岗位职责

Implement MPS China digital web strategy 执行 MPS 中国线上推广网站策略

o manage day-to-day web content update request, including creating of new web pages, updating of

web pages, performing of web activities like uploading of datasheet, application note, reference

design, banners, videos, newly released products, etc.日常维护网站内容，包括创立新页面，更新网

页内容、上传相应文件，包括规格书、应用手册、参考设计、广告创意、视频、新产品信息等。

o Ensure content update request is performed in timely and best practices manner. 确保更新及时、高

效、准确

Update and optimize MPS China website content and update process 更新维护 MPS 官网内容及优化流程

Cooperate with other marketing/marcom team members to make sure web content is ready before each

online/offline promotion campaign 配合市场推广团队准备线上线下推广活动相关的网站内容

Assist SEO/SEM projects in China to increase the quality and quantity traffic to MPS website 利用搜索引

擎增加官网流量，并提高流量质量

Execute B2B e-commerce marketing plans to increase and maintain contact with customers through

online stores 执行线上商城销售计划，与客户建立良好线上互动

Track and fully document functional and marketing specifications related to digital projects 网站相关数据

归档整理

Regular review and improve web related KPI, strong ability to analyze data and optimize according to

data 分析并改善网站相关的主要指标数据，对数字敏感，根据数字提出改善方法

Requirements 岗位要求

Bachelor’s degree or above, major in computer science, ecommerce, marketing or electronic engineering
