A MASSIVE THANK YOU FROM THE EBP... Investors In Education Recognising local business excellence The EBP Investors In Education (IIE) Awards celebrate the support local businesses give to young people in helping them gain work skills through practical application, and celebrate the partnership between schools, The EBP and employers. The EBP is dedicated to supporting young people nationally to develop skills and enhance employability. Last year, we took our place among the UK’s leading social enterprises, receiving the national award as Natwest SE100 Growth Champion. Everything we do is made possible by the support of locally based businesses, in partnership with Lincolnshire’s excellent schools, colleges, education professionals and of course its amazing young people. National Citizen Service (NCS) is a way for 15 to 17 year olds to make extraordinary friendships, gain skills that aren’t taught in class, experience real work life, give back to the community and create unforgettable memories. Since 2011, The EBP has supported over 3000 young people to take part in NCS. Experience of the workplace has become a critical factor in young people’s progress into employment.
