Overview Welcome to EbixBenergy, a wealth of information for your employees and gives you one place to post and find the latest benefit and HR information. The EbixBenergy Online Enrollment Campaign is intended to provide tools to prepare for enrollments such as open enrollment, new hire enrollment, one-off enrollments for voluntary benefits, and 401K enrollment drives.
Getting Started EbixBenergy – Benergy Central Benergy Central grants access to a number of features.
Logging into the EbixBenergy – Benergy Central
1. Type the following URL in any browser window: mybenergy.com
2. Enter your assigned site manger login in the User ID field.
3. Enter your assigned site manager password in the Password field.
4. Click Enter.

If you are a site manager and have forgotten your User ID and Password, contact EbixBenergy Support at 1.800.475.4041 or email [email protected].
Use the shortcuts, menu options, and links within ECC to navigate in the system. Avoid using the browser Back and Forward arrows which could remove permissions and force user to log back in.

EbixBenergy – Benergy Central
1. Select Control Center from the navigation menu bar, then Communication Control Center.
2. Select an organization.
3. Click Edit Portal.
In the Benergy Central panel, select Control Center, then select Communications Control Center
(first selection).
Special Alerts are short messages that display across the portal home page and serve as a reminder to employees to enroll in their benefits. Select Organization > Special Alerts from the navigation menu in the Benergy Control Center.

Overview Enrollment Campaign is an online campaign to prepare employee for enrollment of all types such as open enrollment, new hire enrollment, one-off enrollments for voluntary benefits, 401K enrollment drives, etc. This section will cover adding an enrollment campaign, editing, and deleting an existing campaign.
Access Enrollment Campaign
1. Select Modules/Tools from the horizontal navigation menu.
2. Select Enrollment Campaign from the dropdown.
Add Enrollment Campaign
1. Click Add Enrollment campaign.
Modules Tools: Enrollment Campaign: The Basics An enrollment campaign has three components:
- Overview: a preview of the upcoming enrollment(s).
- Options: choices available with links to education decision making support.
- Actions: emphasizes actions to be taken by the employee. An alert automatically displays on the landing page to notify employees of an enrollment campaign. It will inform the employee that it is time to enroll and provide a countdown of the number of days left in the enrollment period. The campaign will shut off at midnight (Eastern Standard Time) on the last day of the enrollment period.
1. Enter the General Campaign
Information:
a. Campaign title - description
b. Enrollment period - the OE dates in which employees can enroll in their benefit from the Communication portal.
c. Select the check box left of Link to Enrollment module.
d. Elections effective date - controls which plans are available for display to the employee based on their effective/end dates
The Link to Enrollment module check box is for
online enrollment only.
Suppress countdown is no longer used and
unchecked.

2. Select User Group(s)
3. Select the benefit plan(s) to include in the campaign.
a. Select Add “benefit type” plan or Add program, to add additional plans or programs needed for this Enrollment campaign.
b. If the plan effective date for a benefit plan does not match the elections effective date for the campaign, that plan will not display on the list.
Modules Tools: Enrollment Campaign: Overview The Overview introduces the enrollment campaign to employees and gives highlights of the benefit plans.
1. Two options to Overview message:
a. System default message.
b. Override default message:
i. Select the checkbox to the left of Override the default introduction and replace it with the text below.
ii. Customize the overview message in the Override default overview text box.
iii.
Note: All User Groups is the default.
Employees only see the content that is assigned to their user group
Use the editing tool menu options to format message in the text box.

Modules Tools: Enrollment Campaign: Options Options display programs and available plans to employees in the campaign.
1. Two options to Introduction for Options Section:
a. System default message.
b. Override default message:
i. Select the checkbox to the left of Override the default introduction and replace it with the text below.
ii. Customize the introduction message in the Override the default introduction …. text box (750 characters max).
2. Add content to Programs to promote or highlight programs (750 characters max in each text box).

Modules Tools: Enrollment Campaign: Actions Actions provide instructions for each option available to employees in the campaign. If the company has EbixBenergy Enrollment system, the Actions Page opens to another window directing the employee to the online Enrollment Wizard.
1. Add content to Programs and Offered Plans within those Programs to display enrollment instructions in three places: general instructions, specific instructions for plans, and instructions for form or link (750 characters max).
2. Select manage forms/ links to add forms or links.
Upload additional forms, information, and/or links under the Actions section to offer
additional communication support to the employee.
Benefit election data is not collected from employees in the database unless the
company has EbixBenergy Enrollment system.

3. Select Add to add URL, forms, or forms from existing plans.
a. Select Edit to edit existing enrollment instructions.
b. Select Delete to delete existing enrollment instructions.
4. Enter information in the appropriate fields.
a. Title (100 characters max).
b. Instructions (750 characters max).
c. Options to upload a file, link, or web address:
i. Select file to upload a form (no larger than 16 MB).
ii. Web Address (200 characters max).
iii. Select an existing form.
d. Click Save.

Edit Enrollment Campaign
1. Select Edit link under Edit Enrollment Campaign on the Modules/Tools: Enrollment Campaign Setup page to edit an existing campaign.
Delete Enrollment Campaign
1. Select Delete link under Edit Enrollment Campaign on the Modules/Tools: Enrollment Campaign Setup page to delete an existing campaign.
2. Confirmation message window displays, click OK
Copy Enrollment Campaign
1. Select Copy link under Edit Enrollment Campaign on the Modules/Tools: Enrollment Campaign Setup page to copy an existing campaign.
2. Confirmation message window displays, click OK
