ORDERDefendants have recently filed a motion for judgment on the pleadings, [D

62], in which they accurately point out that in the recent case ofMeyer v. Greene,F.3d 1189 (11 th Cir. 2013), the Eleventh Circuit ruled for the first time that a negathird-party analyst presentation is not a corrective disclosure for purposesestablishing loss causation if the presentation is based on publicly availinformation. Without making any comment on the merits ofDefendants , motion,Court notes that the motion is credible and should be ruled upon prior to a rulingPlaintiffs' pending motion for class certification. [Doc. 45].

Accordingly, Plaintiffs' motion for class certification, [Doc. 45], is DENIwithout prejudice to Plaintiffs' refiling the motion should this Court deny, in whor in part, Defendants' motion for judgment on the pleadings.
