Success Stories

As Ford OTOSAN, we have been using eBA Workflow Management System since 2004. We are currently using two different versions of the eBA system, eBA3 and eBA5 simultaneously.

Human Resources, IT, Purchasing, Quality, Finance, Accounting, Administrative Works departments use eBA workflows in Production processes. Some of the forms used in these processes work integrated with applications developed in our company. These forms are triggered by applications and transfer data back once the approval flows are completed. Our actively used 85 forms serve over 4000 users.

We’ve been using eBA since April, 2002. Main reasons for us to prefer eBA are as follows:

During the initial stage, we transferred almost 12 of our processes from a competing product to eBA environment in no more than a week. With a 3-day training, we were able to generate our own processes. We needed an intensive consultant support for 3 months. Our goal is to transfer our processes that require wet signature to eBA once we set electronic signature infrastructure.

It pleases and delights us that eBA Workflow Management System, which we chose after long research, and started using in 2006, is such a successful product.

We are currently using around 245 forms actively, and being the firm using eBA most actively is another source of pride. Constantly changing business requirements in the dynamics of the retail sector, and these business requirements being company specific, makes it hard for IT departments to provide solutions with current software. We positioned eBA on our current ERP infrastructure as a platform to fulfill all business requirements. We managed to successfully develop and use our comprehensive and complicated workflow processes such as inter-store transfers, HR Performance Management, Store Personnel Attendance Tracking System on eBA. We changed our ERP software while all these processes were ongoing and we had no difficulty integrating the new software with eBA. Its ease of use and development, together with web-based features, makes eBA almost like a global character software tool.

Timely and sincere support from Bimser team adds value to the software as well. We’ve been using eBA for almost 4 years now, and I can sincerely state that we had no technical problems at all.

We consider eBA functional and successful both conceptually and as a product, and we believe that it will be helpful for any company wishing to manage their processes and operations.

We’ve been using eBA since May 2006. We started with a few small forms after a short preparation and installation period. We continued with 3 voluminous processes. After the starting and adaptation periods, we were faced with a huge participation and demand. With a core team, we transferred all our business processes to eBA within a 2-years project period. We keep on using it extensively. We still fill 1.000 forms per day in 70 different active processes, and 5000 approvals are made for those forms. As OYAK Beton, we’ve been using eBA Workflow solution since January 2008. The first process we started using was Purchase process. Even though integration of our first process took some time, we transferred later processes to eBA quite rapidly. eBA’s return on investment was very fast and advantageous.

With its flexible structure in both form design and flow design, and being written in C# code using .NET FrameWork infrastructure, eBA enables us to easily develop applications integrated into our other applications.
