So start your day off with a lemon water and get the all in one beauty treatment to kickstart your day. Lemons freshen breath, promote hydration, support weight loss and freshen your breath. Maca RootI love adding a scoop of Maca Powder to my morning smoothie, it kind of has a caramelly, butterscotch, honeycomb flavour… that is the best way I can describe it! It is a powerful superfood and you have to have it if you don’t already. Maca is insanely nutritious it increases energy, stamina, athletic performance and memory. One of the main reasons for dry skin in the winter is dry air. Another way to help combat the dry weather is not only drink water but keep your skin hydrated from the outside. How to do this is to get a humidifier! How simple right? No more waking up in the morning with chapped lips *ew*.

Being consistent with your diet and skin care routine is important to achieving whatever your beauty and skin care goals may be. Though nothing happens over night over time I have noticed a dramatic difference in my health and well being. Doing everything you can to take care of yourself and nourish your body is never a bad thing, because we only get one right?
