Eating disorders are increasingly a general problem and this is due in large part to the influence of the media on young people.

The media, through the famous and advertisements, make teenagers believe that they should eat fast food and should look like the famous. This means that teens will start crazy and quite unhealthy diets.

Anorexia is a major problem that affects young people. This problem is due to young people believe that their appearance should be equal to the models and famous people.

Obesity Obesity is a problem that is increasing dramatically in developed countries. The fast-food producers take advantage of the people’s busy and stressful lifestyle to promote their food.

This ad wants to get people to buy its product, in this case, the hamburgers. To do this, try to impress consumers with a very beautiful woman.

Famous people’s influence

• The teenagers are inspired in their idols, trying to look like them and follow their customs. However, sometimes the idols aren’t the best example and do not always make the best decisions. This may take young people to follow those decisions and get in evil paths.

Conclusion

Young people, with the digital age, have access to numerous contents and advertising, but only it’s up to them to choose what is best for them. They must begin to accept themselves as they are, practice exercise and have a healthy diet.
