product development. It will save lot of time & resources’

Well Informed, keen to collaborate,
growing up faster, They require instant
gratification
Phone minutes account for just 3% of
the time UK teens spend communicating
through a device
15% of Uk children under 10 would rather

Its become human nature to innovateGeneration Y – The Millenials
Entitled and Selfie obsessed
30% of Millennials use more than four devices a
day
They check their phones a minimum of
43 times day.
On average, they can do five tasks at a time, a huge improvement on the 1.5 tasks that Gen X are capable of.
Use technology to enhance their
real world experiences
More than 40% believe that losing their phone would be
worse than losing their
car
On line reputation is everything Social standing is based on retweets, likes, followers.
They have grown up with information at their fingertips
So what does this all mean?
Despite an increasing number of innovation-hungry citizens there are a large number of seniors and boomers that do not trust or understand technology.
As your workforce starts to evolve and Generation Y enters, It’s important to balance innovation and transformation so you don’t leave some of your community behind.
Its important to have a blend: quick high-impact innovations combined with longer term transformational innovations
