    Vegetable Biryani Ingredients Basmathi rice 2 cup Big Onion 2 Tomato 3 Carrot 1 Peas a handful Potato 1 Mint, Coriander leaves each a handful Turmeric Powder 1/4tspn Salt to taste Curd 1/2 cup To Grind Small Onion 10 Garlic 6(If it is small take 8 Pods) Ginger 1 inch stick Red Chilly 3 Coriander seeds 2tspn Cumin Seeds 1/2tspn Cinnamon, Cardomon, Cloves each 2 Poppy Seeds 1tspn For Seasoning Brinji leaves 2 Oil 2tblspn Ghee 2tblspn Green chilly 2 Recipe Wash and soak the rice for 1/2 hour. Dry grind all the above given under to grind ingredients. Cut the onion into length wise pieces. Cut the tomato into small pieces. Cut carrot into 1inch length pieces and potato into big cube size pieces. Heat oil and ghee in a cooker. Add brinji leaves, onion and fry it till turns into golden brown color. Then add green chilli and grounded masala and fry it till the raw smell of masala goes off. Then add cutted vegetables, turmeric powder, salt , curd and mint, coriander leaves and fry well. Finally add soaked rice and 2 1/2 cups of water and mix well. Cook it for 1 whistle, After a whistle keep the stove in low flame for 5 minutes then take it out.
