  • Easy Healthy Pancakes• Tools you will need:

    - two mixing bowls

    - griddle or large pan

    - whisk and a fork

    - Flipper and spatula

    - measuring spoons

    - liquid measuring cup

    - dry measuring cups

  • Easy Healthy Pancakes• Ingredients you will need:

    – Eggs (5-6)– Milk (coconut, almond or dairy)– Flour (whole wheat or almond)1.5-2

    cups– Vanilla protein powder, 1 cup– Cane sugar, ¼-1/3 cup– Sea Salt, 1 tsp– Coconut or sunflower oil, 1-2 tsp

  • • Step 1: Dry ingredients

    – In a large bowl mix dry ingredients: vanilla protein powder, flour tsp sea salt, 1/4-1/3 cup cane sugar.

  • • Step 1: Dry ingredients

    – Whisk them together well so there are no lumps and clumps

  • • Step 2: Wet Ingredients

    – Whisk eggs for about 1 minute until buttery yellow with tiny bubbles

    – Add milk and stir with fork until blended

  • • Step 3: Mix Wet and Dry

    – Add a bit of dry mix at a time to wet and whisk with a fork until mixed, with no clumps.

    – Add more liquid for desired consistency....gooey for fluffy and soupy for thin or crepes.

  • • Step 4: Heat it up and pour it out– Heat up your pan to just below

    medium heat (i.e. 4/10)

    – Add coconut or sunflower oil and cover pan with a spatula

    – Use a small measuring cup to scoop and pour desired size and shape pancakes

  • • Step 5: Focus and Flip– Wait patiently while one side

    cooks and edges bubble slightly

    – You can prep your plates at this time

    – Flip to reveal golden side, theother side should take less time

  • • Step 6: Fancy Plating– Break out your favourite plates

    and add garnishes and sides: fruit, pure Canadian maple syrup, Greek yogurt and scrambled eggs

    – Enjoy and save some in the freezer for another day
