easyDNA Philippines is registered under the Department of Trade and Industry under the name of Harris DNA Testing Center. We are based in Angeles City, Pampanga and form part of easyDNA Limited. We are part of an international company specializing in DNA testing services and operating through a vast network of over 30 offices worldwide. Choosing a DNA testing company may not be as easy or as simple compared to the other service-oriented companies. Our Company

The Laboratory that performs all DNA tests is one of the most accredited laboratories in the world. It uses state of the art equipment and the laboratory is manned by a highly experienced group of scientists with many years of experience in DNA testing. It specializes in DNA Profiling and Identification testing services and has processed over 300,000 DNA tests worldwide.

The laboratory has obtained the ISO17025 accreditation which is a very rigorous quality assurance system compliant with international ISO quality standards.

Through this accreditation process, all the laboratory procedures go through regular and independent audits to make sure that they comply with the standards and therefore, guarantee the quality and accuracy of the result each and every time a test is performed.

The laboratory is also a participant of the AABB Parentage Testing Accreditation Program which is another program that requires laboratories to go through rigorous inspections and reviews of every process, equipment and system in the laboratory.

Our Laboratory & its Accreditation

1. DNA Profile

It is also called genetic fingerprinting or DNA Typing. This is a unique DNA signature of a person. It is participated by only one person and often use for references, such as an attachment to one’s Will.

2. Paternity & Maternity Tests (peace of mind)

This is a personal confirmation of a biological relationship between an alleged father/mother and a child intended for personal information only.

3. Legal Paternity & Maternity Tests

These tests follow a strict chain of custody and are often required for legal reasons or cases such as child support or custody cases, change of a child’s name in the birth record; inheritance dispute, social welfare benefits or requirements, adoption purposes and for other reasons.

4. Immigration DNA Test

This is recommended when needed for immigration to other countries, registration of a foreigner's child's birth abroad, securing a child's foreign passport. It is regularly being required by embassies on a case to case basis.

5. Relationship DNA Test

Avuncular DNA test - An alternative DNA test recommended in confirming the biological relationship between relatives such as an Uncle/Aunt to a Child when an alleged father or mother is not available to submit to a DNA test.

Grandparentage DNA Test

This test is participated by the parents of an alleged father or mother. Another DNA test option being offered to confirm a biological relationship between alleged grandparents and a child.

6. Siblingship Test

This test will confirm if two or more participants are full siblings or half-siblings (with a common parent, usually the mother). The participation of a common parent is recommended.

7. Prenatal Paternity Test

This DNA Test is a non-invasive and risk-

free test that will confirm paternity. It can

be undergone from the 10th week

(recommended) of the mother’s

pregnancy. This test is recommended

when the participants cannot wait for the

mother to give birth to undergo a paternity

test.

8. Genetic Predisposition DNA Health

Test

This genetic health test will determine if

you have high, medium or low risks over the 25 different diseases it covers. It is not

a diagnosis, but instead this test reveals a wealth of information that will assist you to

apply your newly acquired knowledge to improve your lifestyle choices.

It is recommended to seek professional advice or consult a doctor or a genetic

councilor, if available, to discuss this test prior to testing and after a test result

is issued.
