Violations of these regulations are subject to a fine of not more than five thousand dollars ($5,000.00) or inprisonment for not more than six (6) months or both.(16USC551) OHV (Off-Highway Vehicle) routes identified on this map are subject to dual-use conflicts during Timber Sale harvesting operations. OHV use is discouraged in these areas. This map provides the user with a depiction of the designated road and trails where it is legal to operate a motor vehicle. Refer to the list of roads on the backside of this map for any seasonal restrictions that may apply. This map does not supply information about non-motorized uses or other facilities or attractions on the National Forest. Operating an ATV or other motor vehicle on National Forest roads, trails, and areas open to cross country travel carries a greater responsibility than operating the same vehicle in and around town.
