Violations of these regulations are subject to a fine of not more than five thousand dollars ($5,000.00) or inprisonment for not more than six (6) months or both.(16USC551) OHV (Off-Highway Vehicle) routes identified on this map are subject to dual-use conflicts during Timber Sale harvesting operations. OHV use is discouraged in these areas. This map provides the user with a depiction of the designated road and trails where it is legal to operate a motor vehicle. Refer to the list of roads on the backside of this map for any seasonal restrictions that may apply. This map does not supply information about non-motorized uses or other facilities or attractions on the National Forest.
