Each year Stark County residents of all ages join together in reading a common book and sharing ideas through community conversation.

The popularity of the farm-to-table movement, community gardens, and Farmer’s Markets inspired this year’s book selection: Gaining Ground by Forrest Pritchard. Younger readers will read Seedfolks by Paul Fleischman.

This fall, Stark County District Library joins five area libraries—North Canton Public Library, Massillon Public Library, Louisville Public Library, Minerva Public Library and Canal Fulton Public Library—to host a series of events encouraging Stark County to bring the story to life.

Join the Conversation and sign up for One Book, One Community events and projects at StarkLibrary.org/OneBook
