Case Study Example

Our team of highly skilled engineers were commissioned to improve the wine bottle shipper packaging. Often stacked one on top of another in warehouses, the previous packaging often stuck too tightly to each other and this resulted in warehouse workers spending too much time trying to de-nest them, thus slowing down productivity and sometimes resulting in damaged wine shippers.

We were tasked with improving the functionality and quality of these products. We created seven different molds until we were satisfied with the smooth de-nesting results and the sturdy construction to keep the wine bottles safe in transit. The end result saw improved functionality and increased worker productity.
