The growing Indian population with approximately 67 percent of it, by far is the majority of it living in rural India. The rural India which has immense potential thus, adds a prodigious value in the overall functioning of various sectors of our economy spread well across the domestic and international markets. It is the need of the hour to prep up employment scenario within the national boundaries. For which, skill development and training is the priority with an emphasis on dedicated schemes for capacity building in rural India.

Purpose of the training and skill development function is to:

PROCESS FLOW

PIP MOBILIZATION SELECTION TRAINING

With our best in segment infrastructure, we train selected youths with the skills required to

be competent with latest industry trades, changing technology and customer needs. We

strengthen our training by systematically assess the training needs with help of our expert

trainers

This procedure is executed on the basis of aptitude tests

(psychometric and others) and counseling (by trained counselors) to identify the eligible candidates

for training

We mobilize from all the peripheral Gram Panchayats and rural areas of districts by

disseminating benefits of DDU-GKY scheme. This process also includes making people aware of this scheme through awareness

camps among village communities

PIP is determined by a well-defined, transparent and

equitable process. All households identified through the PIP process

are eligible for all the benefits under the programme

PLACEMENT

This is an integral part of our project which is driven by our dedicated placement

support team to help trainees land great job placements. Post placement support gives a

boost to reinforcement to both employee and employer
