E6474A Supported Phone & Device List E6474A Release 20.1 1 March 2016 These supported phones and devices can be used with the E6474A software. Definition of a Supported Phone or Device Viavi continuously adds new phones and devices to the E6474A software application throughout the life of the product. Support classification for these devices will fall into one of two categories: Supported or Detected. Supported Devices These are devices listed in this document. These devices are tested by Viavi and support is provided for them as well as defect fixes in future releases. Detected Devices Detected devices are recognized by the E6474A application and provide measurements as available from the device through the existing software. Detected Devices may be recognized as part of a generic chipset family and not by manufacturer or model number. Detected devices have not been fully tested by Viavi and support calls for these devices will be dealt with on a best-effort basis. These supported phones and devices can be used with the E6474A software.

Definition of a Supported Phone or Device Viavi continuously adds new phones and devices to the E6474A software application throughout the life of the product. Support classification for these devices will

fall into one of two categories: Supported or Detected.

Supported Devices

These are devices listed in this document. These devices are tested by Viavi and support is provided for them as well as defect fixes in future releases.

Notes

1. For some phone models such as the Samsung Galaxy S4 I545 and L720T, the forcing indicator will not be displayed when the device is added manually into the

Hardware View. The forcing indicator will only be shown after the correct RMNET network interface is selected in the QC Forcing Functions dialog and the forcing

status is queried again.

2. Generally, when using RMNET mode, the mobile data setting has to be disabled on the phone. When using RNDIS mode, the mobile data setting has to be

enabled on the phone.
