Maybe to start with, would be if you could describe what you mean by highly

sensitive entrepreneurs and how someone would know if they are one.

Heather: Sure, absolutely. So I think the best way to answer that question is just a little bit of

my own story of discovering that I am a highly sensitive entrepreneur.

I've been in business 10 years, and I really built my first business up to a full practice

of a nutrition and wellness coaching practice, within 9 months.

From there, I went on to share with other wellness practitioners, the act and art of

spiritual marketing practices that I was putting in place for myself. I continued to

grow my business and to grow my company, sharing those energetic and spiritual

marketing practices.

About four years ago now, I brought my business across the million dollar mark, and I have to say it was probably the most difficult and darkest time in my business.

That really gave me a big pause, and I actually was really in a place of wondering if I

was even meant to continue in this business.
