The doors of the spa are closed for the day / half day, and donot allow any other members of the public in to the spa or to book in to the spa on your exclusive day. You will receive a complimentary bottle of prosecco for your partyand also the undivided attention of our Tranquility team, whowill cater to any of your individual needs.

To schedule a Reservation please contact our Tranquility Spa Reception where one of our teamwill be happy to assist and guide you. All spa packages and treatments need to be secured with a credit/ debit card. Nocharge will be taken unless the cancellation policy is not adhered to.Cancellation PolicyAll treatments and packages will be secured with a debit/ credit card. A cancellation to any spa package or treatment mustbe cancelled within 48 hours to the arrival date. Failure to notify Tranquility within this time period will result in full paymentof the value of the treatment of package or treatment to be taken.PricesAll Prices are quoted in GBP and can be subject to change at any time.Treatment timesAll treatment times include a consultation and aftercare service.
