E– REGISTRATION OF
LEAVE & LICENSE AGREEMENT
WHO ARE WE?
We are one of the few ‘Authorized Service Providers’ appointed by Inspector General of Registration Govt. of Maharashtra vide Registration. No. ASP/25 dated 2nd July, 2015.
We undertake the e-Registration of Leave & License Agreements on behalf of the Govt. of Maharashtra
CURRENT PROCESS FOR
LEAVE & LICENSE REGISTRATION
Find an Agent who has inside connection to do your registration.
Visit the Sub Registrar’s Office on the Date and Time as informed to you by your Agent.
There could be a long waiting.
There is no fixed time period, as to when you would get the document once the Registration process is complete
The entire process is lengthy and the fees charged are as per the agent and not as per set Govt. fees.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF
E-REGISTRATION
PAN Cards of Owner, Tenant and Witnesses.
Aadhar Cards of Owner, Tenant, Witnesses.
HOW DOES E-REGISTRATION WORK
Collect a simple Form from us a day earlier, fill the necessary details and mail it to us (Agreement details)
We will workout the Stamp Duty Amount on the spot.
Submit the Form along with registration charges
Fix a convenient date and time, as per the party’s convenience.
All parties must come personally and furnish their Photo capture and Biometric.
Collect your Document the next working day*
*Subject the Biometric approval and document acceptance
