ePayslip (Mobile App) – Security Features

1. Session will expire in 2 minutes if application is passive. User will be logout automatically.

2. System offers user to keep a softcopy of payslip by way of a pw-secured PDF file. The file is protected by a 6 digit system generated number upon request.

Employee has to register their phone

number with HR before they can use

the App.

User to login the App with their employee no.

An One Time Passkey (OTP) will be sent to

employee’s phone via SMS. *This OTP has to be entered to use the

system.
