The Program OverviewGroup CoachingEach Mastery Group consists of no more than 8 hand-picked business owners who, like you, are looking for a better way of doing business. We keep the groups small, and carefully select business owners to ensure a variety of industries and perspectives that will inspire and foster your development work. Your monthly group coaching meetings (24 in total), are facilitated by an E-Myth Business Coach who will provide guidance, feedback and support to the group as you systematically work through the program materials and topics.

One-on-One CoachingYou will receive seven one-on-one coaching meetings with an E-Myth Business Coach in addition to all of the group coaching sessions. The meeting topics will be determined by you and the coach, and allow for deeper guidance, support and accountability on your journey.

Online PortalEvery group has its own password-protected online portal, a 24/7 online learning environment and support center throughout the program. Here you can access all of your Mastery materials, check your calendar to help you keep track of group meeting dates, listen to recordings of past meetings, interact with other group members through a discussion board, and review Facilitator Announcements about new materials and resources along with other timely suggestions and implementation tips.
