2020 BMLA RENTAL/PARTY FEES
Community Room
-$150 for 4 hours, No pool time; ($25 for each
additional hour in the Community Room) there
is a $100 refundable deposit due with five (5)
days of booking your event.
-$175 for 4 hours, One (1) hour of private pool
time; ($25 for each additional hour in the Com-
munity Room) there is a $100 refundable deposit
within five (5) days of booking your event.
Pavilion Rental…………. $200 per day 10AM
to 9PM plus a $100 refundable deposit due
within five (5) days of booking your event.
When Reserving the Community Room
and Pavilion, you MUST reserve
the space in person at the
Recreation Department.
The $100 refundable deposit will need to
be paid at that time.
