A majority of these endeavors cater to the field of agriculture and education and to agency clients or major stakeholders (e.g., farmers, fisher folk, students) and employees; !Variations in modes of delivery and technology are present ranging from Blended Learning, On-line Fora or Message Boards, Short Messaging Systems, Computer-Based Training (via flash downloads) to full scale online learning curricula; !The various eLearning endeavors are either managed solely by the agency or with collaboration of other agencies. In most cases, collaboration was done with agency that had similar successful launches; !The agencies that deploy eLearning have found the growing use of eLearning applications.
