Mobile and Email Update Application:-

Steps to use application

1. Install application. Launch application from Path “"C:\Program Files\ECS MOU Client (ITI Limited)\ECSMouClient.exe"”. i. Install Dot net 4.5 from below link:- https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/download/details.aspx?id=30653 ii. Install VC++ 2015 from below link https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/download/details.aspx?id=48145

2. Go to server settings and configure it as per below

Server Settings:- Protocol: http Server: 180.92.170.252 Port : 8080

3. Enter your credentials and click ok.

4. After successful login, you will see below screen.

5. Go to settings and select Fingerprint Device

6. You can change password from “Change Password”

screen.

7. To update Mobile and Email.

i. Enter Resident New mobile number or Registered

mobile no. ii. Click on Generate OTP. iii. Enter received OTP, Resident Aadhaar number in

form. Enter new email address for adding/updating in UIDAI database.

iv. Capture Resident and Operator biometrics one by one. Then click on Mobile Update.

v. Resident will receive confirmation message on his mobile number if Mobile and/or Email update process is successful.

Steps to use application:-

Install and Launch application.

First configure settings in application.

Perform E-KYC:-

Click on E-KYC tab. Enter Aadhaar number and Click on Capture. Once Fingerprint is captured click on “Authenticate” button.

If Resident is authenticated, all Identity and address information of resident including photograph will be displayed.

E-KYC Result:-

Operator can save E-aadhar PDF after clicking on “Save PDF” . It can be printed on A4 size Paper.

Card Printing:-

To Print on Card Printer click on “Print Card” at bottom of screen. Preview will be generated before Printing.

Card Preview:-

Click on Print to start Printing.
