The ConClimber is intended for installation in pumping stations and treatment plants. It is a coarse screen based on dependable technology and 25 years of experience. Hardened involute gear racks and a cogwheel drive system eliminates the need of chain tension. As gear racks are fixed to the frame sides, the depth of channel and discharge heights are unlimited.

ConStep Operation

1. The stepped movable bars are lifted in a circular motion.

2. The screening mat is lifted from the solid bars.

3. For each rotation the movable steps perform, the screening mat is lifted up one level to the next step.

ConCable Coarse ScreenConCable is a wire driven coarse screen designed for installation in deep and wide channels. Compared with other screens on the market, it is very suitable for installations where ceiling heights are limited. This screen is entirely enclosed and delivered complete with a control cabinet.

ConStep Fine ScreenThe ConStep is a step screen designed to separate particles in waste water. The ConStep is most commonly installed at sewage treatment plants and pumping stations. It is manufactured of all stainless steel (304 or 316) and is fully enclosed.

ConDrum Drum Screen

The ConSieve conveyor screw screen is a compact and economical screen for the separation, dewatering, and transport of screenings.The conveyor screw screen is specifically designed for the flow of the plant, separation requirements, and outlet height. For ease of maintenance and cleaning, U-troughs with removable covers are included.

ConDrum is a drum screen which can e�ectively be used in, for example, septic trucks where screenings and solid particles can be separated before enteringinto the tank. ConDrum is also an advantageous product to be used in the food industry. The Drum Screen is a pre- treatment unit with relatively few loose parts. It consists of a drive unit and a cylinder shaped drum. The screen is supplied with slot widths between 0.25-1.5 mm. The design is made of stainless steel and is completely enclosed.
