10. Think about assets used all over – Photos, branding, positioning (exponential effect)

5. EMAIL MARKETING IS KEY (check Shopify integrations for automation templates)
6. Know -> Like -> Trust (Attention -> Interest -> Desire -> Action)
7. People buy from brands they like – give value and create conversations/relationships
8. After you get them there, you have to CONVERT them! At least get the email
9. Create likability/relationship – conversions happen all along the process (7-9 touch)
