You share the kitchen and bath rooms with the other foreign students on the floor. (max. 24 students per floor) Room in a group at “Binnenhof”: The rooms are furnished. You share the bath rooms with the other foreign students on the floor. (max 8 persons) There is one large kitchen for the whole complex of 31 rooms. Studio: These 1-room apartments are furnished. You have your own kitchen, bathroom and toilet.

Conditions for reserving and renting DUWO accommodation

Completing and signing this form is not without engagement.

If you have signed and submitted the application form, this implies that you are obliged to pay for the requested accommodation.

CANCELLATION A reservation may be cancelled free of charges up to one month before the commencement of the rental period. A late cancellation; i.e. within 30 days of the commencement of the tenancy agreement will result in an additional charge of 6 weeks rent. The rent price includes: gas, water, electricity, tv-signal, internet* and city-taxes. The rent can be paid in instalments or the whole amount in advance. The deposit is E 300,- Accommodation is provided for the duration of the entire period you applied for. It is not possible to end the tenancy agreement prematurely by giving notice of termination. No reduction will be given upon late arrival or early departure. * In the rooms at van Leeuwenhoeksingel, Houttuinen and Kanaalweg is no internet available. These are only temporary rooms. ALLOCATION Although we take your preference into account, we reserve the right to allocate you to another room. We will allocate a room on a first come first served base. Please be aware that we have a limited amount of each type of accommodation.

DEPOSIT REFUND The deposit will be refunded in cash euros on the day of your departure by returning the keys. Costs that have to be made by Stichting DUWO for repairs or damages to the property or inventory, caused by the tenant will be deducted from the deposit.

RESERVATION Please send this form at least three months before your requested arrival date to: The housing coordinator of your faculty at TU-Delft.
