Tranwise ClientWe are different from all the other translation agencies. Especially for our clients, we have developed a software application called TranWise Client that allows you to easily manage your quote requests, projects and invoices.

As a customer of ours, you will receive a username and a password that will allow you to connect to our online system and access your projects.

You can add or modify your company details and contact information.

You can very easily create a quote request by completing all the details that we need to know. Our project managers will receive it the second you send it and will send you back information about the best price we can offer.

You also have a list with all your quote requests and their status.

As soon as you accept our quote, we will convert it into a real project and our translators will start working on it.

You have a list of all your projects completed with us, over the years. For each project you can check all the details, translation status, invoice number etc.

In our system we keep all the source files ever received, and also the completed files that we deliver to our clients.

Therefore, you can also download them whenever you need.

You have access to all the invoices for your projects. You can check an invoice’s details, its status (paid / not paid), search for invoices and even save an invoice as a PDF file for booking it or printing it on paper.

On the To-do List you can add all your comments related to your projects, or file reminders for our project managers. All the tasks are stored here in an organized way.

At any time, you can chat with our project managers about the status of your projects. They will give you all the information you need, in real time. This is also the place where you can ask questions or give comments about your projects.

If the person you need to contact is not online, you can always leave a message.
