TERMS AND CONDITIONS• Applicable only for concerts booked at the Durban ICC
• Complimentary venues, furniture and access are subject to availability and at the
Durban ICC Management’s discretion
• The Concert Package is subject to change at the Durban ICC Management’s discretion
• The operable walls must be used and cannot be replaced with a curtain backdrop.
The client cannot use the buffer venue, this venue must remain empty
• The client must book sufficient build up time/days for technical
• The Durban ICC may request a photo opportunity with the artists to be provided for
the Durban ICC Wall of Fame
• For events that have more than 1 show per day (i.e. 3 sessions per day 10h00 / 14h00 /
18h00), the standard concert package rate per day will apply. The client must however
pay for additional labour and cleaning for the venue turnaround between each session
/ show per day
• Additional dressing rooms such as backstage dressing rooms will require an additional
venue to be booked. The Client to provide the dressing rooms
• Additional venues required will be subject to a venue hire rate
e.g Crew Catering, VIP Lounge, Offices, Holding Rooms, etc
• Additional set up days/times will be charged for accordingly
• Please note that items cannot be substituted or removed from the package

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:• Applicable only for exhibitions booked at the Durban Exhibition
Centre (DEC).
• Applicable to clients signing 3 repeat exhibition events simultaneously
• The Exhibition Loyalty Programme is based on the original venue
allocation and dates booked; once the hire agreement is signed a
100% cancellation fee will apply should there be subsequent release
in venues and/or dates
• Complimentary venues, furniture and access are subject to availability.
• The Exhibition Loyalty Programme is subject to change at the Durban
ICC’s
• All costs are valid between 1 April 2018 – 30 June 2018 and are
subject to an annual increase each year
Exhibition Loyalty Programme(Only applicable for the Durban Exhibition Centre)
The Exhibition Loyalty Programme rewards exhibition organisers for their continuous support and as a valued client we would offer the following benefits:
• 15% Discount will apply on the Total Venue Hire Rates
• Complimentary organiser’s office from build up to
breakdown, including tables and chairs.
• Delivery of build-up items only e.g. carpeting, shell
scheme, etc. will be allowed into the venue the day
prior to the 1st build up day at no additional cost
(subject to availability and can only be confirmed
approximately 1 week prior to the 1st build-up day).
• 5 x complimentary multiple access parking cards for
the organisers from build up to breakdown at the
Durban ICC or 5 x complimentary parking bays at the
Durban Exhibition Centre.
• Complimentary hot beverages, a water cooler and a
platter of sweet and savoury pastries for a maximum
of 10 persons provided once a day from build-up to
breakdown in the organiser’s office
• Complimentary porterage service for a maximum of 8
hours for the first build-up and first breakdown day
(1 porter and trolley)
• Complimentary exhibitor briefing venue for one day
for a maximum of 100pax, including chairs.
• Complimentary use of the Media briefing area at the
Durban ICC
• 2 x complimentary ICC VIP parking cards which
allows the user a 20% discount at the Baobab Café
and complimentary parking whenever they visit the
Durban ICC.
