Nguyn l hot ng:Trong IC PT2248 c cha b o pha CMOS l in tr nh thin cng

IC ny cng c ch to bng cng ngh CMOS, n i cp vi IC phtPT2248 to thnh b IC thu - pht trong iu khin xa bng tia hng ngoi.
