1. Register online at www.ncworks.gov2. Visit your local NCWorks Career Center with valid identification3. Sign in (you will be further directed by a team member)4. Complete the NCWorks Career Center Orientation 5. Participate in a one-on-one assessment with staff and become enrolled in WIOA6. Staff will register you for a TABE and Bennett Mechanical Assessment7. Attend the one-day Pathways to Employment Session8. You will also be directed to register for the WorkKeys Assessment (excluded if you have

already attained the credential)9. Candidates who pass all requirements will be given an invitation to attend a mock panel

interview with Duke Energy Representative*
