Dublin Food Chain is a marketing and networking group which helps link trade buyers and Dublin’s food producer community. The Dublin Food Chain is an initiative of the Local Enterprise Offices in the Dublin Region and supported by Bord Bia. Following on from the success of last year’s producer showcase, we are delighted to announce this year’s event which will take place on February 12th, in the Red Cow Hotel (between 10.00 – 12.00), where up to 40 Dublin producers will showcase their products. The Chia CollectiveThe Chia Collective is a range of breakfast cereals produced in Ireland. We chose healthy organic-only ingredients, sourced directly from the farm. These ingredients are then carefully worked in small batch production runs. This emphasis on ingredient provenance and quality makes our cereals the freshest on the market; you won’t find any dust in our Mueslis or granolas.
